18. The types and classes of licences for the activities referred to in section 53 of the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife (chapter C-61.1) are the following:
(1)  a trader’s or intermediary’s licence to sell or trade undressed pelts for residents or non-residents;
(2)  a licence to dress raw pelts for taxidermy purposes;
(3)  a licence to dress raw pelts;
(4)  a public auction licence to sell raw pelts.
